a charming stay

luxurious amenitiessensational foodinviting pool
my suite had luxurious amenities. i found a huge bath. the food was sensational. the pool looked very inviting and well maintained. i really enjoyed proximity to the monkey forest and the perfectly kept landscape around.
the reception area isn't close to where the rooms are. it was a little inconvenient but not a big deal.

breakfast offered many delicious options. i found the menu had good variety. breads, jams, and fruits were served before the main breakfast. each meal was a good experience.

decent stay with notable drawbacks

convenient locationsewer odorkey card malfunction
the location near the monkey forest proved satisfactory.
my towels emitted a sewer-like odor twice furthermore my pillows once displayed the same issue at first the reception denied this without investigation one night my key card stopped working the staff initially blamed me for dead-locking the room they later discovered the card reader's battery had died this incident involved a considerable delay and a lack of suitable rest arrangements.

The location was really good. It was near the main street and many shops. I found many restaurants near the hotel. The staff was amazing in all areas. I liked the room cleaning and hospitality. It was really good.
I don't really liked this place. The turn down service was inconsistent and that bothered me. They did not replenish water bottles in the room regularly. The soap was out, this is not acceptable for a 5 stars hotel.
